Iqc Inspector (Mexicali)

General Responsibilities
Perform visual and dimensional inspection of raw material received at Intuitive Mexicali Plant, following applicable department procedures for Incoming Quality Control; ensure raw material meets the specifications required by the products and manufacturing process for instruments and accessories.
Document inspection results to maintain traceability at finish goods level.
Safety
Follow GMPs and wear safety equipment during work.
Participate in Safety commission when required and/or safety training.
Utilize correct tooling and equipment according to work instructions or inspection lot requirements, reporting any worn or damaged tooling or equipment.
Escalate any safety issues with supervisor or manager.
Follow 5S methodology in the respective area.
Report any faulty or suspicious safety device on equipment.
Quality
Perform inspection to raw material at the IQC area and complete inspection report.
