Irrigation Service Technician

Specific Responsibilities:

• Manage team of up to 3 people while performing services; motivate, coach, and mentor team
• Perform Irrigation maintenance duties, such as spring Start-up, fall Blow out, repairs and upgrades
• Troubleshoot Irrigation systems to determine needed repairs
• Set Sprinkler heads, valve boxes, controllers
• Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns
• Assist with employee recruiting and selection as needed
• Inspect and test irrigation systems for proper functioning activates and deactivates irrigation systems according to seasonal priorities or contracted schedules

Job Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted Driver's license with a clean record
• One year experience in this or a related field is required
• Previous leadership experience
