IT Data Management Head

Job Purpose:

• Establish and lead the enterprise-wide data management strategy to ensure data are treated as strategic asset to drive business value.
• Partner with stakeholders to strengthen data governance, quality, security, and availability, ensuring regulatory and business requirements are met.
• Build and manage scalable data platforms (data lake and data warehouse) to support business and regulatory reporting, analytics, digital initiatives, and innovation.
• Deliver trusted, governed, and high-quality data services across business units.
• Optimize data management investments and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and group standards.
• Champion a data-driven culture through leadership, collaboration, and organizational engagement in data governance and usage.
