IT System Engineer

Bank Sahabat Sampoerna is looking for an IT System Engineer who will be responsible for the following:

• Own business needs analysis, project timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare clear, implementable Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
• Design and oversee end-to-end system solutions, including technical integration readiness.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Monitor project progress, manage testing scenarios/UAT, and validate system quality before deployment.
• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis proactively.
• Ensure system performance, stability, and security through continuous improvement initiatives.
