IT Technician - IT Field Services

Petco is looking for an IT Engineer that will have the opportunity to work hand-in-hand with Petco’s IT Field Services team and will be part of a group that is dedicated to providing excellent IT service and assistance toward Petco stores nationwide. Working in a team environment, this position will have the opportunity to be involved in all IT related scope and implementations specifically aligned to New Store builds, Store Remodels, and Vet Hospital Setup projects.

IT Engineer Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor current projects and coordinates all team members involved to keep workflow on track
• Provide IT support for all Store POS and Vet Hospital IT Equipment installations and implementations
• Work with onsite tech vendors and/or technicians
• Maintain various vendor reports and prepare for distribution
