In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding products, services, and order inquiries.
- Assist with troubleshooting, product information, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate where necessary.
- Stay informed about company products, policies, and updates to provide accurate and current information.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
