Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as SharePoint Developer
• Experience conducting CAB Meetings
• Tracking all IT production changes and reporting on completion rate, success rate, resources required, and production outages
• Experience monitoring SLA’s for the incident and ensuring ticket is not breached

• Monitoring day-to-day incidents getting created and assigning the tickets to appropriate teams if not assigned properly.
• Planning and coordination of all phases and activities involved in the release of a system or system update into the production environment.
