Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in DTMF IVR application development in CVP (Contact Center).
- Proficient with Cisco Call Studio, Cisco CVP, VXML Server, CVP Custom Elements (Java), Call Studio GUI, and Apache Tomcat.
- Knowledge of UCCE / ICM integration including routing scripts, DNIS, queuing to skill groups, CTI variables, and Finesse Agent Desktop.
- Experience with Cyara testing tools.
