Jasper Lodging Pursuit Adventure Center Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Review and verify the work of hotel front desk clerks
- Supervise the activities and coordinate the scheduling of the front desk team
- Arrange training and orientation of all new front desk team members
- Coordination of front desk activities with other departments
- Enter rooming lists in the computer system
- Coordinate handling of all tours and tour policies
- Ensure accurate room counts are kept
- Submit room forecasting and progress reports
- Open and close room availability when necessary
- Effectively handle guest inquiries and complaints
- Learn procedures and functions of hotel front desk clerks
