About the Role

The JHub Coordinator performs organizational and administrative duties in support of JHub’s programming efforts and organizational needs. This role reports to the Vice President, Program Strategy & Management and provides support to various teams across the organization.

Event and Meeting Coordination

  • Support the JHub programming team to ensure exceptional execution of programs, events, and meetings.
  • Maintain and regularly update the list of all JHub programs and events.
  • Assist with pre‑event logistics and coordination including arranging conference rooms, catering, presentation materials, handouts, nametags, event supplies, audio/visual setup, etc.
  • Assist with program registrations in Salesforce and Form Assembly.
  • Attend events and assist with on‑site logistics as needed.
