Job Developer
Location: Coquitlam Campus
Salary Range: $31.53 - $36.94 per hour (placement on scale based on qualifications and experience).
The Opportunity
The Job Developer is responsible for helping participants understand the local labour market and career pathways. The role involves securing informational interviews, arranging job shadowing opportunities, negotiating employment placements, providing resume creation, interview preparation, job search techniques, onboarding, training, and ongoing job maintenance. A key aspect is building and maintaining strong relationships with employers in the trades sector.
Responsibilities
Employer Relations
- Establish and maintain relationships with employer networks.
