Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) and IT (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR, Administration, and IT roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
