Join a dedicated team as a Second Cook in a remote logging camp. Assist in meal preparation, uphold food safety standards, and maintain kitchen efficiency for camp staff.
This role involves supporting the Head Cook in preparing and serving daily meals. You will manage grocery orders and inventory while ensuring cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas. A strong focus on teamwork and reliability is essential in this fast-paced, remote environment.

• Assist the Head Cook with meal preparation
• Ensure compliance with Food Safe standards
• Support menu planning and inventory management
• Maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness
• Step in for Head Cook duties as needed
Requirements:
• Relevant camp cooking experience preferred
• Valid Food Safe Certificate is necessary
• Red Seal Cook Certification or equivalent is an asset
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
