This part-time role is perfect for someone dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for customers. You will work alongside a diverse, friendly team, preparing beverages and sharing product knowledge. Flexibility to work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays is required, as is a commitment to our values of quality, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make customers feel welcomed and provide immediate service
• Follow Pilot's standards in beverage preparation
• Keep the café clean and orderly
• Conduct opening and closing procedures adeptly
• Ensure safety and health compliance at all times
Requirements:
• Must have prior customer service experience
• Experience as a Barista preferred
