Key Responsibilities:
• Foster strong resident relationships for satisfaction
• Oversee leasing from inquiries to onboarding
• Handle administration, payments, and property inspections
• Facilitate resident moves in a timely manner
• Set and achieve leasing performance targets
Requirements:
• 2 years’ experience in leasing or property management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of SAP an asset
