Candidates must be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a solid work ethic are essential, along with familiarity with PCLaw, Divorcemate, Word, and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities: • Offer comprehensive legal counsel in family law • Prepare and review legal documents diligently • Maintain effective communication with clients • Handle case files and related proceedings • Collaborate with colleagues to improve services
Requirements: • 1-4 years of Family Law practice experience • Good standing with Ontario's Law Society • Strong communications skills and work ethic • Keen attention to detail • Knowledge of legal software is helpful
