As a Recreation Assistant, you will facilitate activities that improve resident engagement and well-being, leveraging tools like Welbi to assess outcomes. You’ll ensure that every program you implement fosters growth, connection, and a sense of community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead impactful recreational programs for seniors
• Ensure safety during outings while operating the bus
• Collaborate in developing monthly calendars and newsletters
• Direct volunteers in maintaining quality standards of care
