Role Description


Are you passionate about customer service and fluent in French? As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the main point of contact for incoming customer inquiries and will ensure users get the support they need. Key Responsibilities:

Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing efficient and solution-oriented support
Maintain thorough knowledge of our products, especially in audiovisual, music, and connectivity fields
Record and manage all call details in the system, delivering timely resolutions within SLAs
Collaborate with team members, and provide support across teams to ensure seamless service
Escalate issues when necessary to senior support, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution
