Role Description
Join Couchiching First Nation as a compassionate Jordan’s Principle Coordinator focused on children and family services. This full-time position is pivotal in offering culturally appropriate support within our community.
Reporting to the Director of Social Services, the Coordinator will lead initiatives, manage funding applications, and foster key relationships with families and agencies. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related area with at least two years of relevant experience, especially with Indigenous communities.

• Lead Jordan’s Principle initiatives and community engagement
• Collaborate to support applications for funding
• Manage applications and service delivery for families
• Facilitate data collection and prepare documentation
• Uphold community protocols and values in all interactions
