THE OPPORTUNITY
Le7 te Melámen Health Society is seeking a Jordan's Principle Support Worker for a 1‑year contract term to support the Service Coordination team with administrative, logistical, family support, and reporting activities related to Jordan's Principle. This role will help ensure children and families connected to the Jordan's Principle caseload can access approved services and supports through organized intake, scheduling, documentation, coordination, and follow‑up.
