Journeyman Truck and Transport Mechanic (Shop/Field)

Position Summary

Our Edmonton Fleet Maintenance division is currently seeking an experienced Journeyman Truck and Transport Mechanic. As a successful candidate, your responsibilities will include repairing and mai ntaining our fleet of Oil Collection Trucks, Hydrovacs, Highway Trucks and off-road equipment, among other vehicles and equipment. At GFL, we pride ourselves on our leading edge fleet and equipment line that is meticulously cared for and regularly maintained by our dedicated team. This position requires a dependable, enthusiastic organized individual capable of consistently performing to meet established standards and deadlines.

Please note, the chosen individual must possess their own hand tools and storage toolbox. However, the successful candidate will be eligible for a $500 tool allowance after three months and then an annual tool allowance of $1000 after 3 years of service.
