## What you’ll do: PRIMARY FUNCTION: The major role is to Ensure that all Import & Export, foreign & virtual operations, comply with the Mexican & International trade laws. Covering direct material, Fixed Assets, scrap, indirect material; and all types of operations. Responsible for maintaining compliance documents to reflect current regulatory requirements and procedures to monitor all the obligations to keep certifications such Maquila program, VAT Certification, and all Trade Certifications.
