Role Description
Join the apparel team as a Junior Fit Spec Technician, where you’ll ensure precise garment fit and technical specifications from design to production. Collaborate with design teams and international vendors to uphold quality standards and tight timelines.
In this role, you will report to the Team Lead and the Director of Sourcing. Your main responsibilities will involve evaluating garment fit, maintaining accurate spec sheets, and communicating effectively with overseas suppliers. By reviewing Tech Packs and assessing fabric performance, you will help resolve fit and construction issues, ensuring products meet brand expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review garment fit, patterns, and construction accuracy
• Create and maintain spec sheets and measurement charts
• Evaluate samples at all production stages
