Junior Fleet Specialist

The Junior Fleet Specialist is the key contributor in the Fleet Project for the Express Delivery division (small-package deliveries). This project is strategic for the company as it will enable us to improve supply metrics by building a fleet of couriers with high engagement on the Yango platform.

This role supports the expansion and strengthening of the courier fleet by helping generate leads, improving acquisition funnels, monitoring courier performance, and gathering fleet courier feedback. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating solutions and developing negotiation skills while collaborating with different teams.
