Junior Fleet Specialist (Colombia)

Yango Group is looking for a Junior Fleet Specialist to help expand and increase the courier supply. In this role, you will help generate leads, improve acquisition funnels, and monitor courier performance while collaborating with different teams to support fleet operations.

You will be responsible for

• Supporting management with the creation and maintenance of operational reports for different stakeholders
• Designing and improving lead generation and conversion flows for couriers within the Fleet Project, including outreach, profiling, onboarding, and funnel optimization
• Using data and performance metrics to support operational decisions and continuous improvement
• Monitoring key Fleet Project KPIs, identifying gaps, and proposing development plans to scale operations efficiently
