Responsibilities
- Climate management decisions and monitoring
- Design, implement and adjust irrigation/fertigation systems
- Plan and schedule greenhouse vegetable crop production
- Supervise and coach a team of workers, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Manage productivity, labor scheduling and training programs
- Implement IPM decision‑making and food safety systems
- Coordinate greenhouse maintenance and production scheduling
- Support ornamental plant landscaping and basic crop labor tasks such as transplanting and harvesting
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a greenhouse supervisor role and proven ability to supervise teams of workers
- Experience working with greenhouse climate computers (e.g....
