Junior Maintenance Employee

Overview

In a hotel that never stands still, there’s always something going on. From a light that stops working to a kitchen appliance that starts acting up. That’s why we’re looking for a Junior Maintenance Employee who already has some technical experience and is ready to step into a dynamic hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently resolve first‑line technical issues;
• Carry out (preventive) maintenance and repairs in rooms and hotel facilities;
• Perform regular control rounds, such as room inspections, visual checks, and legionella checks;
• Monitor building systems and work with the Building Management System (BMS);
• Escalate issues you cannot resolve to external contractors.
