Core Responsibilities
- Project Governance: Follow process standards, frameworks, and delivery oversight for complex programs and projects from kickoff to successful completion.
- Financial & Scope Management: Oversee budgets, control project costs, and manage resource allocation while ensuring profitability for Cisco.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary ambassador to end customers, while delivering high-value status reports to internal executives.
- Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify project bottlenecks and process gaps, applying proven project management methodologies (e.g., PMP) to resolve blocking issues.
- Sales & Transition Collaboration: Assist in statement of work (SoW) creation, deal scoping, and negotiating, while facilitating smooth transitions to post-sales Architecture and delivery teams.
