9:00am - 5:00pm MDT (Monday-Friday); Approximately 40 hours per week, with overtime opportunities
The Role
You’ll be the hero homeowners call when unwanted guests show up uninvited. Think problem solver, detective, and customer-favorite all rolled into one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Inspect homes inside and out to identify pests, entry points, and infestations
- Diagnose pest issues and apply effective treatments
- Complete service reports for work performed and products used
- Provide excellent customer service and answer customer questions
- Educate homeowners and recommend solutions to prevent future pest issues
- Build strong relationships with customers while representing Insight professionally
