Role Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver results and excellence in execution.
Comply with sales objectives, distribution, product mix, and picture of success in each customer service.
Develop and manage the sales plan for your territory (Logical Paths) based on the delivery of business priorities.
Manage territory, channel, and account performance on a monthly and quarterly basis, working with clients and distributors to guarantee delivery of forecast and budget (volume, value, execution) in line with the Bacardi Scorecard.
Act as the leading contact with clients, creating effective long‐term relationships.
Monitor competition activities and generate action plans based on analysis.
Communicate effectively with clients to seek input to improve products and services and solve day‐to‐day operational questions and problems.
Implement the best standardized business practices.
Have a thorough knowledge of Bacardi history and culture.
