Role Description
Te Puni Kōkiri is looking for an exceptional Kaiārahi, Te Raukaha Hunga Mahi | Manager, Workforce Capability. This role reports to the General Manager, People, Capability and Culture and is a full time, permanent opportunity.
The Workforce Capability team are responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of workforce capability for Te Puni Kōkiri now and into the future.

In this role, you will lead a portfolio of leadership, development and learning initiatives, with accountability for delivery and resources. You will provide strategic leadership to design and implement workforce strategies that drive a high-performance culture and deliver a targeted organisational development programme.
You will also lead enterprise-wide learning, talent management and development and have an opportunity to position Te Puni Kōkiri for strategic influence.
