Job Summary

The Head Instructor leads daily instruction, inspires students, and drives class quality and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide A+ quality class instruction.
• Instruction of up to 6 high‑energy, “educating” classes daily.
• Customer relations with students and parents.
• Curriculum testing of students.
• Events – Birthday parties, Parent’s Night Out.

Qualifications

• High‑level proficiency in one or more martial arts disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students of all ages.
