As a Waste Technician under the guidance of the Whitehorse Facility Manager, you'll be integral to safe waste handling and compliance with Transportation of Dangerous Goods regulations. Daily tasks include preparing waste for transport, loading trailers, and engaging directly with customers. The role requires strong physical capabilities and adherence to safety protocols in an outdoor setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prepare waste per TDG regulations
• Provide customer service and represent the company positively
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance
• Ensure accurate documentation and load reporting
• Operate different sizes of equipment safely
