Role Description
- Book flights, accommodation, ground transportation, ensuring best scheduling and best fares;
- Proactively manage calendars and scheduling
- Set up meetings including phone and video conferences; coordinate times, arrange venues, organize catering
- Monitor managers’ phones and email communications as agreed
- Set up mentor programs as required; may involve scheduling meetings with individual mentees or groups
- Ensure that performance documents for mentees are completed – keep a schedule of EPEs and follow up
- Co-ordinate and assist with individual marketing initiatives as agreed with Partners and Principals including arranging client meetings, distributing firm collateral
- Monitor expense claims and complete timesheets
Engagement coordination:
- Assist team travel where appropriate
- Assist with report production when required
