What you will do
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with regional and general objectives, ensuring integration with the company's Mako strategy
- Manage the full sales cycle for capital equipment, from lead generation to negotiation and closing, achieving defined revenue targets
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with hospital executives (CEOs, COOs, Directors, and other C-suite leaders) to drive recurring business
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of installations, training, and post‑sale support
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, negotiating terms to optimize deal structures and profitability
