Role Description

As a part of KGHM's expanding Legal team, the Legal Counsel will provide critical support in corporate, commercial, and operational matters. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will help manage legal risks and compliance across various projects. • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs and service contracts
