A leading manufacturing company in Juarez, Nuevo León is seeking a qualified candidate to supervise operations related to tunnel kilns and robotic spray processes. This role involves managing personnel, improving productivity, and adhering to safety standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of kiln operations and ceramic engineering is preferred, along with ISO and Six Sigma familiarity. Onsite work mode is required.
