Role Description

Support Knox Presbyterian Church in Oakville as a Church Administrator on a full-time basis. This contract role spans 4-6 months, focusing on administration and communication within a dynamic church environment.
As the Church Administrator, you'll report to the Operations Cluster Coach while primarily working from the downtown campus. You'll facilitate daily operations, assist the Minister, and manage the logistical details of church events. Engage with volunteers and ensure that church communications are clear and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries and assistance
• Assist in preparing worship service bulletins
• Manage church calendar and space allocations
• Handle event bookings and coordinate funerals and weddings
• Maintain administrative records and supplies efficiently
