Role Description
Shape the future of nursing as a Practical Nurse Instructor by teaching essential lab and clinical skills. Work on a flexible schedule of 28-35 hours per week.
In this role, you will lead instruction in practical nursing, aligning lesson plans with regulatory compliance, and providing hands-on experience for students. You will ensure a positive, collaborative environment and offer student evaluations to enhance their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver instruction in both clinical and lab settings
• Execute lesson plans in line with compliance requirements
• Provide direct supervision during hands-on training
• Assess student performance and give constructive insights
• Cultivate a supportive and engaging educational atmosphere
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3,900 hours nursing practice experience
• Current full registration with BCCNM as LPN, RN, or RDPN required
• Teaching experience is beneficial
