Labor Law Attorney

We are looking for a Sr. Labor Attorney (Consulting), in our CDMX office or MTY Office.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• +6 years of experience as a Labor Attorney - Consulting.
• Provide day-to‑day labor consultancy to clients, including interpretation and application of Mexican labor laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Draft, review, and update employment agreements, internal policies, and labor‑related documentation in alignment with current legal requirements and best practices.
• Advise clients on employee relations matters such as terminations, disciplinary actions, restructuring processes, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong client service orientation - a client first mentality.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
