The Labour Relations Specialist is a key partner in delivering comprehensive HR support and fostering a positive, productive workplace.

In this role, you will lead and support core HR activities, including talent acquisition and onboarding, labor relations and management, HR administration and compliance, and engagement and development initiatives. Acting as a proactive, solutions-focused resource, you’ll balance strategic priorities with hands‑on execution—ensuring compliance, strengthening collaboration, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
