Laboratory Technician

Employee main responsibility will be to perform laboratory analysis to validate production special processes: chemical process, metal spray and heat treatment areas mainly; this analysis will include but will not be limited to: solution analysis (manual and automatic titration), gravimetric analysis, spectrometry, sample preparation and **metallographic**evaluation, test report creation and quality records generation.Also will include chemical handling, solution preparation, laboratory equipment calibration, use and preventive maintenance routines.Employee will also be responsible of following documented procedures, obtaining analysis results and compare them with industry standards, report analysis results in compliance with laboratory quality system requirements to ensure no erroneous results are delivered to customer, establishes contact within department and customer base to ensure execution of standard/routine work.Employee will participate in engineering projects and procedure...
