Laboratory technician Reynosa

As a laboratory technician, you will manage physicochemical parameters of the painting process at the plant located in Reynosa. You will work onsite reporting directly to our Head of Quality Control at our plant working with our client.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform physicochemical analyses on samples collected at several stages of the manufacturing and painting process to ensure process stability and product quality.
• Manage and control process parameters in operational tanks, making necessary chemical adjustments based on analytical results and established specifications.
• Identify process deviations, document findings, and follow up with appropriate teams to support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide hands-on support for quality testing activities, including adhesion tests and coating thickness measurements on panels, ensuring compliance with internal and customer quality standards.
