This is project-based landscape work — not weekly maintenance, and not full-scale construction.
Think:
+ Garden and landscape upgrades
+ Planting projects
+ Small builds and site improvements
+ One-off jobs that actually change a property
You’ll lead a crew, run jobs start-to-finish, and make sure the final product looks as good as it did in the plan (or better).
