Role Description
Lead landscape projects with Land Tec Landscape Contractors in Edmonton. This full-time position focuses on overseeing installations, managing a crew, and maintaining operational excellence at job sites.
As a Landscape Construction Foreman, you will report to management and have minimal supervision. Successful candidates will exemplify a strong work ethic and possess 3 to 5 years of landscape construction experience. Your role will include mentoring crew members and maintaining positive client relationships while ensuring safety standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare job sites by determining elevations and layouts
• Manage installation projects lasting from one week to one month
• Lead a crew of 3-5 installation workers effectively
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites at all times
• Safely operate powered mobile equipment and tools
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years in landscape construction
• Excellent organization and communication skills
