LATAM HR Director — Lead Global People Strategy

Rapyd, based in Bogotá, is looking for an HR Director for LATAM who will manage HR functions across Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, and Brazil. This role involves leading a team of HR Business Partners and executing a unified HR strategy for a workforce of over 300 employees.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of HR leadership experience, particularly in fast-paced FinTech environments, with the ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish. This position is pivotal in ensuring Rapyd’s unique culture is maintained across all locations.
