Join our growing team:
We currently have operations in USA, EMEA and APAC and now wish to create a presence in LATAM. Our typical model is the offices outside the USA support only American companies both within the USA and their subsidiaries in the rest of the world. We are looking for a hands‑on self‑starter generalist person to support office operations, HR, and U.S.-based accounting projects while helping us grow our presence team in Colombia.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily office operations and support office setup in Colombia
- Work with local authorities, vendors, and service providers
- Support onboarding, HR processes, and employee administration
- Participate in U.S.-based accounting projects
- Help with hiring and team growth
- Assist leadership with office and people-related matters
- Help create a positive and organized workplace culture
