LATAM Portfolio Growth & Expansion Lead

Abbott Laboratories is seeking a leader to drive Portfolio Expansion across Latin America. This role involves maximizing portfolio value through strong strategy development and cross-functional alignment. You will own projects from ideation to launch, developing robust business cases and implementing risk management strategies.

Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with strong financial and analytical skills. Proficiency in English and Spanish required, Portuguese is a plus. Travel is approximately 5%.
