LATAM QARA Director — Distribution & Regulatory Ops

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Director, QARA LATAM, to provide strategic leadership in quality assurance and regulatory affairs across Latin America. This role is critical to ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting sustainable market access.

Located in Bogotá, you will partner with cross-functional teams, monitor regulatory trends, and drive continuous improvement in QARA processes.

Eligible candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and 10–12 years of relevant experience within medical devices or highly regulated industries.
