LATAM Strategic Sourcing Lead, Facilities & Real Estate

Medtronic is seeking a candidate to lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives across Facilities & Real Estate categories in LATAM. You will manage approximately $60M in annual spend while driving improvements in cost and quality.

Your role will involve collaboration with multiple stakeholders, negotiation of contracts, and representation of the Indirect Supply Management function, ensuring alignment with local operational needs and corporate governance.
